Job Description
Establish and maintain communications with internal stakeholder and client to ensure accurate and timely flow of the documentation deliverables.
To manage all documents for the project
Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax and other works being assigned from time to time.
Maintaining and updating the database
Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences/drawings/documents/reports are organized according to Project Filing Code
Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
Review each document for conformity and accuracy prior to submission to client.
Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects.
Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines.
Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs.
Maintains an updated records of all approved documents.
Requirement
At least NITEC, Diploma, Advance Diploma in Engineering field.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
Proficient in MS Office.
