Outbound Calls:Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products/services.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
Customer Engagement:Explain product benefits and features clearly and persuasively.
Address customer inquiries, objections, or concerns professionally.
Sales Conversion:Schedule appointments or close sales over the phone when applicable.
Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Database Management:Update and maintain accurate records of customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
Ensure confidentiality of all customer data per PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) regulations.
Feedback and Reporting:Provide customer feedback to the sales or marketing team for process improvement.
Prepare and submit daily call reports to supervisors.
Job Requirements
Educational Background
Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; Diploma preferred.
Experience and Skills
Experience:Prior telemarketing or sales experience is a plus.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in English.
Proficiency in additional languages or dialects is advantageous (e.g., Mandarin, Tamil, Malay).
Sales Acumen:Ability to handle rejections and objections confidently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
Technical Skills:Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Knowledge of telephony systems or VoIP technology is a plus.
