Accounts Officer, 1 year contract for a MNC, base in the west area of Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payables
- Posting journals
- Perform and finalise balance Sheet reconciliation
- Manage daily costing- approve new material costing or re-costing & calculate landed cost & do some comparison
- Perform yearly costing exercise as cost change each year
- Manage customer daily pricing
- Manage inventory write off & stock adjustment
- Perform quarter parts cycle count
- Perform yearly stock take exercise
- Analyze quarterly inventory provision
- Support Finance month end closing
- Involved in external & internal audit exercise
- Account Receivables-Post customer payments
- Account Receivable- Release credit limit for Customer Order and sending statement of account by month end and follow up on outstanding & payment invoices status
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Accounts and Finance
- AP or AR expereince, training provided
- Detailed worker
