Job Description
Provide after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair of laboratory/ research/ analytical equipment
Provide technical consultation to customers
To respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline
To prepare service reports
REQUIREMENTS
ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Able to work independently and a team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
Minimum 2 years of related work experience in service / maintenance
Experience in Diagnostic Imaging and IT will be an advantage
Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
