Responsibilities:
- Serve as Level 2 support and primary contact for Client Services (CS) at Singapore sites.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow tickets for Singapore and SEA regions; assist SEA teammates as needed.
- Provide onsite and remote support for users.
- Manage IT tasks including PC deployment, Cisco IP phone replacement, email setup, laptop reimaging, and printer issues.
- Oversee IT services such as Depot operations, asset management, annual disposals, procurement, and onboarding/separation processes.
- Conduct IT orientation for new hires, support IT projects, and assist with technology rollouts.
- Escalate Level 3 issues to relevant specialized teams.
- Act as the first contact for IT issues in Singapore, coordinating with service providers as required.
- Support the annual PC refresh and hardware-related tasks for Singapore and occasionally the Philippines.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, support, or helpdesk roles.
- Proficient in IT infrastructure, hardware (desktops, laptops, servers), and software (OS, applications).
- Skilled in PC setup, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, and using IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and optional familiarity with mobile device management (MDM).
- Willingness to travel to sites when required.
