Job responsibilities
Recruitment
• Pro-active and creative candidate sourcing
• Effective screening and assessment of candidates to contribute to full placement rate
• Coordinate interview logistics where appropriate
• Offer management
Client Management
• Periodic operational reviews with key stakeholders
• Relationship building with key stakeholders
Associate Management
• Conducts induction / briefing / Onsite Coaching
• Tracking & Issuance of work tools e.g. uniforms & handsets
• Performance review and disciplinary matters
• Execute associate retention and welfare activities
• Respond and manage associate queries pertaining to employment
Operations Management
• Single contact point for promoters and retailers
• Better flow of communication and information update on specific channels (i.e. Promotions, new contact point-in-store, other ad-hoc information)
• Support manpower planning
• Manage deployment (roll call, standby activation)
• On-site field management
• Provide guidance and instructions to both Full-Timers and Part-Timers
• Ensure smooth running of roadshow / event operations and timely dissemination of work information
• Conduct site visits
• Perform on-site training as required
• First point of escalation and incident reporting for events
• Maintain effective communication with Client and channel partners / retailers
• Facilitate instant and accurate exchange and transfer of information with clients and associates
• Ensure compliance with SOPs
• Drives continuous improvement process
• Manage day-to-day Promoter matters and enquiries
• Reporting
o Gather and share market intelligence to support development of new services
o Drives field data collection
o Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements
Requirements
· Min Degree/Diploma in any field of studies
· Good customer service and communication skills
· Experience in managing manpower operations an added advantage
