Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play:
- A strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of security protocols and procedures.
- Develop and deliver security induction/training programs for security officers deployed to provide security operation based on site’s requirement.
- Able to develop security plan for security operations.
- Able to identify gaps in current and/or unprecedented security/safety operating issue based on site’s requirement.
- Knowledgeable in security best practices and attentive to details.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest security technologies, trends and the security landscape of the region.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Forbearing in Leading and/or mentoring security staffs (comprise security executive/operation executive, security officers).
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to engage and interact with different stakeholders effectively.
- Able to be on stand-by or on-call 24/7 for any security exigencies and/or security operations in a fast-paced and highly demanding industry.
- Able to drive with a Class 3 licence is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities include managing security personnel, coordinating with law enforcement agencies and other agencies on adhoc assignment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Respond to security/safety incidents and emergencies.
- Oversee and manage all security operations and personnel.
- Develop and deliver security induction/training programs, SOPs, workflows upon identified gaps and/or whenever necessary.
- Prepare and present security reports whenever necessary.
- Attend meetings and record minutes
- Conduct investigations into security/safety breaches and incidents.
- Conduct regular security checks/audits at least once a week
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clientele that engage our security services.
- Responsible in duty roster planning and/or oversee the planning of duty roster by site supervisor
- Report to Division manager in all administrative and operational matters.
- Responsible to Division Manager on all administrative and operational matters assigned.
What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You:
- At least GCE O Level, A level/Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in Security Industries preferred.
- Positive mindset with strong initiative in continuous improvement is highly valued.
- Good interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office (powerpoint, excel, word).
