Responsibilities:
- Perform Spend Analysis to support sourcing strategy and annual plan development
- Study of supply market intelligence (market, vendor, product, commodity)
- Drive cost reduction & procurement strategies, policies and initiatives
- Drive planning processes, alignment of SOP to GPPA and manage capability development
- Conduct tenders in accordance to SOP/GPPA and make recommendations to Committee
- Understand business requirement to identify cost reductions/quality improve/risk/supply trend
- Management of Supplier Classification, Relationship Management and contract
- Work with Stakeholders to manage spend and stay abreast of industry trends & best practices
- Monitor Suppliers to provide internal notifications and develop risk mitigation scenarios
- Analyze past and future demand volumes, inventory trends and current inventory levels
- Drive Procurement Digital Strategy and reductions in Total Cost of Ownership
- Assess and audits of suppliers to evaluate their ethical, social, and environmental standards.
- Identify risks and areas for improvement and collaborate with suppliers to drive corrective actions.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate supplier performance in responsible sourcing.
- Evaluate supplier performance, provide feedback and guidance to drive improvement.
- Work with internal to ensure sourcing practices are integrated into procurement processes.
- Conduct training programs to educate employees/suppliers on sourcing practices.
- Promote awareness and understanding of responsible sourcing throughout the organization.
- Prepare reports and metrics to track responsible sourcing performance.
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal to implement best practices, innovative approaches.
- Assess the effectiveness of procurement systems and tools.
- Identify gaps by working with IT and procurement teams to recommend system enhancements
- Managing the roles and permissions assigned to individual users.
- Determine access levels of different users and ensuring individuals or authorities have approval rights.
- Stay abreast of procurement trends and identify process improvement and automation.
- Participate in projects to implement new tools, systems, or process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline with 8 years of relevance experience
- Knowledge in Contract Managemen/Policy Developmen/Gov, Ctrl & Risk App & Mgmt.
- Knowledge in Procurement Process/Vendor Management
