Responsibilities:
- Attend phone calls, providing retail prices and information to customers.
- Attend technicians & customers' inquiries and drawing of spare parts.
- Raise parts ordering for customers' cars as requested by service advisors/technicians.
- Alert Parts Supervisor to increase stocking level based on movement.
- Ensure correct parts are issued out to technicians for repairing & all parts issued out are discarded.
- Keep records of all ordered and to ensure parts ordered are to be issued out to the requestor.
- Liaise with the service department, paint shop, customers and warehouse for orders/delivery dates.
- Update customers when special ordered parts have been received.
- Update records on returned parts from service department and verify in good condition.
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations and parts store.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Good Communication with customer service.
