• Supervise and coordinate work activities of cleaning staffs within all company buildings.
• Assign duties and inspect work performed in accordance to Checklist and standards
• To investigate complaints / feedbacks and take corrective actions where relevant.
• Upkeep site cleaning supplies chemicals, consumables and equipment
• Inventory check of cleaning supplies and maintain all equipment to ensure execution of cleaning activities.
• Issue cleaning supplies/ equipment to cleaners and account for quality & cleanliness standards.
• To train new/existing employees and recommend upgrade training courses when applicable.
• To prepare timely and accurate periodic reports to superiors.
• To ensure good safety practices in the course of work.
• To handle feedback promptly and amicably.
