As a Client Due Diligence Analyst, you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.

You will be assigned to the AML CDD team which focuses on ensuring that Customer Due Diligence, KYC and Transaction monitoring for the retail business clients are carried out in a timely and accurate manner, within the policies as established by the regulatory bodies and internal guideline.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of documentation and conduct CDD in a timely manner
• Engage clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate the collections of relevant documents/information in accordance with in-house procedures and local regulations
• Review the documentation requirement and completeness during client interactions
• Handle all client files in accordance with the agreed guidelines for client’s data maintenance
• Ensure high customer service satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectation through the implementation of service level agreement and standards
• Actively engage the teams in regular discussions to drive operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain an open channel of communication with other stakeholders particularly Financial Crime Compliance Team, product/ process, risk and operations teams to address any issues.
• Support AMLCDD Lead in operational planning and monthly report to management
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by AMLCDD Lead and Management

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with the standards and regulatory requirements, including those pertaining to Money Laundering, Sanctions Compliance and KYC.
• Participate in and/or support the Bank's effort in combating money-laundering activities.

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of AML/CDD/KYC experience in financial services.
• Robust written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel a must.

You will be part of the pioneering team responsible for supporting the implementation of AML processes for the new Digital Bank. As an AML Analyst, you will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure AML risks are mitigated.

Daily Deliverables

• Engage clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate the collections of relevant documents in accordance with in-house procedures and local regulations
• Review the documentation requirement and completeness during client interactions
• Performing transactional case reviews
• Handle all client files in accordance with the agreed guidelines for client’s data maintenance
• Ensure high customer service satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectation through the implementation of service level agreement and standards
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team

Skills

• Possess 1 year of experience – ideally focusing on customer facing role within the Retail banking segment would be an advantage
• Comfortable with making calls out to clients
• Working knowledge of broad AML functions such as Client Due Diligence, Name screening, Transaction Monitoring etc would be an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills due to engagement in potentially sensitive information

As a Financial Crime Compliance Controls Analyst, you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high-quality products for our customers.

Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the Financial Crime Compliance Controls Lead, in managing Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) risks, aligning to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You will be responsible for the implementation of FCC frameworks, systems, controls, policies and procedures for digital-led banking in Singapore.

The Role Responsibility:

• Perform second line of defence role for managing risks relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/ Countering Financing of Terrorism/ Sanctions/ Anti-Bribery and Corruption, investigate alerts, report suspicious transactions and escalate issues, as appropriate
• Identify risks and typologies arising from digital-led banking products/ customer segments/ geographies/ transactions.
• Understand technical aspects of systems and controls relevant to Customer Due Diligence, Client Risk Assessment, Name and Transaction Screening, Transaction Monitoring/ AML Surveillance, and support selection, calibration and tuning of rules and scenarios.
• Support the team’s oversight of design and end-to-end implementation of appropriate FCC frameworks, systems, controls, policies and procedures for digital-led banking in Singapore, effective management of issues and risks in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
• Support effective regulatory relationship management.

Requirements:

• Good educational background, ideally to degree or equivalent level.
• 1 year of financial sector experience and FCC second/ third line of defence roles.
• Proficient in FCC regulations, policies, standards and controls.
• Able to solve problems under pressure, innovate and achieve results sustainably.
• Possess strong stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate and communicate effectively.

Good to have (Optional):

• CAMS or relevant ICA certification.
• Enforcement/ regulatory/ regulatory liaison experience.
• FCC system implementation experience.
