Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a secure threat environment, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint components.
- Design, configure, implement, and administer Symantec Endpoint security solutions, ensuring timely upgrades and patches to resolve vulnerabilities.
- Conduct threat analysis and manage endpoint security features, such as intrusion prevention, zero-day detections, endpoint firewall, and automations.
- Create, maintain, and audit security incident handling procedures in line with contractual deliverables and service levels.
- Monitor and manage GUP machines through Content Distribution Monitoring Tools.
- Install and upgrade SEPM servers to 14.X versions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in endpoint security administration, threat management, or a related role, with prior experience in the healthcare industry required.
- Skills: Threat analysis, endpoint security (Symantec), incident response, SEPM server installation, and upgrades.
- Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation
- Software: Proficiency in SEPM tools and Content Distribution Monitoring Tools.
