Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute ACMV projects
Oversee day-to-day site activities (installations, inspections, progress), daily & routine maintenance
Lead and coordinate FM project teams
Manage project schedule, cost and quality and site safety.
Ensure successful, cost-effective and timely project delivery.
Interface and liaise with customers, consultants and contractors.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Project meetings and reviews to ensure targets are met.
Requirements:
Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Construction / Building related)
With years of project management experience.
Able to define project work scope, requirements and specifications, and identify, allocate resources for executing the project from start to completion.
