We are seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Controller focusing on delivering exceptional financial oversight, process management, and strategic contributions across the APAC region. The position requires a proactive leader adept at project and process improvement, particularly within the Singapore-based team handling group-level operations and diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee regional finance operations, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to support decision-making through comprehensive financial insights and strategies.
- Establish and refine financial processes to enhance operational performance and transparency.
- Support and oversee strategic projects throughout the region, involving travel for on-site involvement and coordination
- Lead process improvements and manage group-level projects based out of Singapore.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Min. 10 - 15 years of experience in financial management.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and managing effective financial processes
- Capable of providing high-level analysis and actionable insights that shape business strategies
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and concise communication skills
- Familiarity with business operations and practices in Southeast Asia
- Required business travel across APAC every two months, including to the Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand).
