My client is a global law firm looking for an Accounts Assistant to work provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the organisation. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage client billings, expenses, staff claims, vendor payments, and accurate allocation of payments. The role also involves preparing payments, updating work-in-progress (WIP) reports, debt chasing etc.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least one year experience in a professional environment, legal industry preferred, doing AP & AR for overseas entity
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
