JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor to ensure that all the validated programmes comply with requirements, including the Private Education Act 2009, Private Education Regulations, EduTrust framework in GD4 and other quality assurance bodies.
- Regularly monitor the quality achieved for each performance indicator, and compile reports covering Areas for Improvement, Corrective and Preventive Action Plans, and validations of programmes.
- Keep abreast of current QA regulations and update Top management on any new and/or revised regulations imposed by the local governing bodies
- Communicate and coordinate with departments in tracking schedule to keep Top management informed of internal and external audit programs in compliance with internal and external academic quality assurance systems and processes
- Collate and compile statistical data and audit information from departments for the purpose of preparing reports, analytical graphs and charts
- Prepare quality assurance documentation relating to academic quality assurance systems and processes, corrective and preventive action plans, including validation reports and report to the Top management
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans reports and other quality systems documentation in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
- Assist in organizing meetings and briefings, including preparation of meeting notes and other logistical requirements, to facilitate discussions on quality assurance policies and implementation
- Provide general administrative support on quality assurance matters and perform any other duties as assigned
- Serve on departmental or staff committees dealing with general departmental and administrative concerns
- Involve in the School’s promotional activities
- Any other quality assurance and operational related matters
Selection Criteria
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Suite
- Self motivation
- Initiative and ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of EduTrust requirements
- Quality assurance and control management
- Excellent problem-solving
- Min 2 years of related working experience
- Fresh graduate can be considered
