Job Description:

Lead the creation and implementation of marketing plans to support business objectives, including market research, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Telemarketing Experience: Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, especially within the beauty or skincare industry, is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Strong Negotiation Skills: Confidence in pitching products and services, with persuasive techniques to close sales.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently, making a high volume of calls while handling administrative tasks.
