Deployment hours: 1600hrs to 0200 hrs (10hrs)

(Report 30min earlier, one-way transport home provided)

Location: Changi Airport

Gross monthly salary: $3200

Work 5 Days per week (you will be rostered)

Perform screening of items & verification of staff

JOB SCOPE

You are expected to be a professional and competent Escort Officer (EO) to provide security escort services to the First/Second Line Maintenance Engineers (FLM/SLM Engineers) in servicing Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and similar financial machines and products. During your course of work, you are expected to travel from one ATM’s designated location to another to facilitate the diagnosis and solution to each machine.

You will represent the Company in a manner that reflects positively on its image and reputation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

· Responsible for the timely and proper security escort of FLM/SLM Engineers in the course of their work. This includes:

o Arm and disarm alarm panels at sites;

o Provide an independent security presence and coverage to FLM/SLM Engineers including checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, and security violations;

o Observe and Report suspicious activities or incidents to the Company Management

o Provide as an independent checker to FLM/SLM Engineers’ work output where necessary;

o Exert physical strength such as reasonable lifting, bending, squatting, walking, and standing for prolonged periods.

· Responsible for the ownership of the assigned issue/problem until the situation has been resolved to the client’s satisfaction or in accordance to the agreed service level/ performance indicators.

· Responsible to follow all appropriate security procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the course of work.

· Responsible for all Company’s assets and ensure their proper and optimal usage. Assets includes tools, equipment, vehicles, documents and intellectual property.

· Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of calls, activities, status updates or any other reporting as required in the course of work. This includes the tracking, documentation and reporting of all expenses incurred in the delivery of services where needed.

· Responsible to uphold integrity and reputation of the Company at all times.

· Responsible for the timely and proper completion of any other responsibilities or duties as assigned by the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Design and craft applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents
• Engage with clients to gather business requirements and implement solutions to tackle challenges
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of functional and solution specifications
• Tailor and customize standard workflows, dashboards, forms, and views, as well as develop standard or custom reports
• Leveraging a variety of Out-of-The-Box connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate, and create custom connectors
• Formulate analytics using Power Query and DAX on Power BI

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing PowerApps applications.
• Experience in development of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps
• Excellent UI design skill and designing and developing entities in PowerApps.
• Providing Business Solutions using PowerApps & Power automate with SharePoint & SQL/Dataverse
• Assisting in user acceptance test, troubleshooting and end-user support
• Documentation on technical specification and user guide
• Provide end-user trainings
