Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to manage our premium fashion brand and infused creative ideas for the store's for improvement of brand image and assisting in achieving store's sales goals.

Job Description

• Implement and execute visual merchandising strategies.
• Ensure brands follow the principal’s Visual Merchandising requirements and consistency for all retails stores.
• Creation of layout visuals and floor plans.
• Sourcing and liaising with vendors for display props and accessories.
• Maintain consistent display of products posters, POPs, banners, banners, windows, and shop surround or event site.
• Work closely with the Operations and Merchandising Department.
• Liaise with Warehouse Department on transferring fixtures and mannequins.
• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
• Understand practical needs of Visual Merchandising to maximize product exposure and to optimize sales potential.
• Understand retail store design aspect from color, lighting, materials and finishes, detailing fixture’s and maintain consistency.
• Act as liaison between the central visual staff and branch store personnel.
• Interpret and act on visual presentations problems in respective in respective store and highlight any visual issues to the central visual merchandising department.
• Train staff and store personnel daily on creative display techniques.
• Conduct training on visual presentation to store staff.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above.
• Minimum 4-5 years of VM experience in retail fashion.
• Able to handle supervisory role.
• Customer-oriented

• Sales driven and motivated
• 44 hours/week, 5 days work week

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Brand Merchandiser Assistant to manage premium fashion brands and infuse creative ideas for the stores for improvement of brand image and managing seasonal buys through performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory management through stock consolidation on regular basis and clearance strategies on past season goods.
• Supporting with order fulfilment including plan and effect shipments.
• Follow up on shipment discrepancies & defectives.
• Prepare distribution & allocation of stocks.
• Seasonal buy preparation and assortment planning through order placement, stock and performance analysis.
• Processing of purchase orders and invoices
• Support ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

Education:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or related field.

Experience and Knowledge:

• 1-2 years’ experience in Merchandising or related field, preferably in the fashion/retail industry.-
• Strong interest and understanding of fashion and the fashion industry

Job-Specific Skills required to complete the tasks:

• Knowledge in SAP ERP - IS Retail ECC 6.0 (PRT 100) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Meticulous and organised in administrative roles
