Job Description:
- Education: CA with 6-8 years of Experience in Finance management and experience in Big 4 Audit firms would be desirable
- High Exposure to SFRS (Singapore financials reporting standards)
- Experience in IND AS would be an added advantage
- Handing of acquisition accounting
- Ability to assimilate financial data to support business decision making
- Hands-on experience of MS office tools like MS Excel, MS power Point
- Financial reporting and analysis such as monthly MIS, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, monthly Sales Reporting, expense analysis, Scrutinize business operations, trends.
- Responsible for monthly, Quarterly and annual accounting closing process in time with the closing calendar in the SAP
- Co-ordination with entity controllers of 15 subsidiaries along with team, includes accounts payable, accounts receivables, cash and bank operations, asset accounting, general ledger scrutiny, finalization of accounts and notes to accounts
- Liaising with statutory and internal auditors for queries raised and their resolutions. timely completion of Internal, Statutory audits, Tax Audits.
- Establish the mechanism along with Group consolidation controllers for getting quarterly results audited and published on time.
- Overseeing internal control which covers implementation of various SOP to improve the routine functions and utilization of early indicator reporting metrics to communicate financial risk or opportunities in a timely manner to senior leadership
- Ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance to company policies and SOPs
