ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of multiple application products and its operational aspects of patching, application support etc. Eg, Websphere/IBM MQ/QlikSense/Sharepoint/Pega etc
  • Take part in application architecture sessions with build teams to provide inputs on integration points like Web services, interfaces for MQ and SFTP
  • Familiar with setting and defining operational processes.
  • OS level patching
  • Application-level patching
  • Operational housekeeping and archival.
  • Backup and recovery etc
  • Familiar with Government level security concepts in hardening, scanning, security posture and mindset
  • Troubleshooting Application and/or Infrastructure related problems
  • Operational mindset to provide onsite support upon notice when issue occurs, including after office hours

REQUIREMENTS

· Billing - Monitor and ensure that the monthly billing is complete and accurate for assigned customer base in accordance with close calendar.

· Analyze and perform billing adjustments timely and accurately to customer accounts making sure that the proper levels of authorization and documentation are in place.

· Process manual invoices/credit memos and order quotes as requested Review Invoices and conducts variance analysis, with sign off required.
