Job Description:
As the General Manager, you will:
- Lead daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Manage restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and supply chain coordination.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotions and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends and customer preferences to introduce innovative solutions.
- Report performance metrics and insights to stakeholders and the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of managerial experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in budget planning, cost control, and P&L management.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for liaising with stakeholders.
