We are seeking a Communications Executive with experience in social media & digital marketing, content creation, website management to join our Communications team. This role may require occasional work on weekends.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Content Creation:

• Plan, produce/write, edit content (video, graphic, text and image posts) for social media and online channels in line with the church's priorities.
• Work closely with the in-house design and Audio-Visual/ Media team to create content.

2. Website Content Management

3. Trend Analysis & Reports:

• Analyse performance of digital campaigns using various web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generate reports.

4. Others:

• Stay tech-savvy and familiar/updated with latest social media platform trends and functions and adapt to new media and digital tools.
• Ensure consistency of church brand across channels and ministries in line with the church vision, mission and values.
• Work closely with the Head of Communications in other tasks and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good degree in Communications, Media, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSETS:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience with web/social media management and web analytics tools. Those with corporate social media experience preferred.
• Excellent English language, storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Good photography/videography/video-editing skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite video and picture editing tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player who is able to work collaboratively within and between teams.
• Adaptable and willing to learn.

In this role, the individual will be part of the Communications team working together with the in-house designer and AV/media team and responsible for website/social media content management, photography/videography, as well as branding across channels.
