As a Junior Fashion Merchandiser, you will work within the Sales and Production team, managing the company’s sales planning and stock production each season.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Planning

• Generate and analyse sales and stock numbers weekly.
• Analyse sell-through reports and implement promotions for slow-moving items.
• Allocate stock based on sell-through rates and market demands.
• Collaborate with Warehouse/Logistics to control inventory.
• Coordinate with Store Operations to gather feedback on stock and store openings.
• Manage inventory and promotional settings via Retail e-POS, including creating product loaders, purchase orders, and setting promotions.

Production

• Assist in creating line sheets each season.
• Coordinate the shipment of samples to and from factories.
• Assist with ordering materials for production.
• Communicate with factories regarding sample and stock production.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange shipments for fabrics and stocks.
• Assist in organizing seasonal launch photoshoots.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing, procurement, and merchandising, preferably within a fashion or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company.
• Highly organised: excellent prioritisation skills, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Communicative: excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Technologically savvy: proficient in leveraging computer software to effectively complete assigned tasks.
• Driven: takes personal pride in work quality and individual growth.
• Learner: quick to absorb extensive information on the brand's history, product offerings, and communications/advertising programme.

Job description:

As a Junior Fashion Merchandiser, you will manages the organisation's procurement, sourcing and merchandising strategies. Maintains strong relationships with supplier networks to achieve objectives of the organisation. Assisting in negotiates with suppliers and manages operational procurement, sourcing, visual merchandising activities for product demands.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and update system Eurostop
• Barcodes creation
• Photoshoot - line sheet, ironing, on set assistance
• Inventory - consolidation, send packing list to Warehouse, follow up on shipment, liaising with freight forwarders
• Inventory management and store distribution
• Assist with ordering materials for production
• Assist with weekly sell through report
• Arranging logistics and parcels matters
• Remain up to date with industry’s best practices

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement and merchandising, preferably for a fashion or FMCG company (Home products highly preferred)
• Highly Organized: Excellent prioritization skills, detail oriented, organized, methodical, rigorous
• Communicative: Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written/verbal communication skills
• Technologically Savvy: Able to leverage computer software to more effectively complete assigned tasks
