Job Description

• Creative conceptualization and execution of projects
• Maintain working relations with existing clients, as well as coordinates subsequent deals obtained from clients
• Responsible for hiring the crew
• Support staff
• Develops and implements production schedules
• Tracking daily progress against the filming production schedule
• Communicates creative vision to the actors
• Manages the technical aspects of filming
• Provides creative inputs during editing.
• Breaks down the script into storyboards to guide the artists and works with the director to plan the shot order.
• Oversees the securing of locations, props and other equipment.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates/Diploma holders in media related courses
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the media industry
• Able to meet tight deadlines with a high level of coordination with production cast and crew, as well as planning and scheduling of shooting operations
• Meticulous and is able to plan, organise and execute production schedules.
• An effective communicator in order to manage stakeholders effectively.
• He/She should have an eye for detail and is able to make decisions under pressure

Job Description

The Producer leads the end-to-end management of film production from a creative as well as operational perspective.

Specifically, he/she will:

• Oversees and manages the entire lifecycle of film production from ideation of content through pre-production, production, post-production to finally reaching the audience through distribution.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the production.
• Leads production operations and is comfortable with spending long hours on the production location.
• Responsible for liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders to have proposals approved and then ensure smooth production operations.
• Skilled in translating an idea or story into the desired end product.
• Builds relationships with all vendors to support the production and oversees the logistics management for production operations.
• Liaises between the business, the creative and the administrative staff, coordinating with several stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A degree holder in film/media-related field
• 4 - 5 years of experience in production
• Must possess excellent planning and organising skills, budget preparation and tracking skills as well as project management skills to be able to ensure completion of the production project on time and within budget.
• Well versed with all processes involved in a production lifecycle.

The Assistant Producer supports the operational aspects of the production through performing administrative tasks and logistical management on a day-to-day basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that food, props, arts and transport are available on the production site, arranging mandatory compliance documents required for production
• Responsible for coordinating the creative production operations including liaison with key cast and crew, implementing schedule and script changes under guidance and ensuring smooth transition from production to post-production stage
• Assists with the budget and timeline
• Pro-actively take notes during preproduction meetings
• Conceptualises conversation
• Sources for location,casting crew,art and wardrobe
• Prepares the logistics of production. (e.g. call sheet, prepare documents required, welfare)
• Coordinates post production

• Diploma or degree in media related courses

Job Description:

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Artist at Big 3 Media, who will be responsible for crafting highly engaging animations in 2D, 3D form as well as mixed media. You will be working closely with directors, producers, illustrators and other motion artists in all phases of animation, from concept development, design, asset creation to animation. This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgement and able to work both independently and in a team environment.You will be responsible for creating key visuals, style frames and graphics asset for motion graphics videos

Key Skills and Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Animation/Design or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years related experience
• Advanced knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop and others
• Cinema 4D or Blender experience is desirable
• Familiar with 2D vector character animation and VFX
• Detail-oriented, keen eye for colour, composition and typography
• Good communication and time management skill
