Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for the overall strategic planning of the company's advertising business commercialization, setting annual growth targets, and overseeing execution. Lead the team to develop innovative commercial models and increase advertising revenue.
2、Manage the full lifecycle of advertising products, including demand analysis, product design, ad optimization, data analysis, and operational management to ensure sustainable growth in the advertising business.
3、Guide the sales and business teams in exploring partnerships with advertisers, agencies, brands, and other stakeholders. Maintain long-term relationships with key clients to improve customer satisfaction and enhance ad effectiveness.
4、Build and lead the commercial advertising business team, set performance goals, and enhance the team's professional skills and work efficiency.
5、Promote effective collaboration with other departments (such as technology, product, operations, etc.) to drive business development.
6、Closely monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adjust commercialization strategies, optimize advertising products, and maintain the company’s competitive advantage in the market.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Advertising, or Management-related fields.
2、Over 5 years of experience in advertising business management, with strong leadership abilities and cross-department collaboration experience.
3、In-depth understanding of the internet advertising ecosystem, familiar with advertising platform operations, and possessing strong commercial acumen and market insights to develop and implement effective commercialization strategies.
4、Strong data analysis and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive business optimization and growth based on data. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively work with clients, partners, and internal teams.
5、Strong client relationship management skills, capable of managing and maintaining key client resources.
6、Innovative thinking, with the ability to lead business development and respond to market changes. Strong ability to handle pressure and drive business growth in a fast-paced internet environment.
