Basic Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, International Trade, Maritime Management, Law, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Over 10 years of experience in dry bulk shipping companies, with at least 5 years of management experience in shipping finance, ship leasing, financing leases, and asset management.
- Management Experience: Experience as a senior executive or department head in large shipping enterprises, financing leasing companies, or financial institutions.

- Industry Knowledge:
- Familiar with shipping industry market dynamics, ship asset management, and risk control related to market fluctuations.
- In-depth understanding of financing lease business models, including sale-leaseback, operating lease, and capital lease processes.
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping market trends, ship buying and selling, financing channels, and regulatory policies.
- Financial Expertise:
- Proficient in risk management, capital allocation, financial planning, and capital operation related to financial leasing.
- Capable of financial analysis, fund management, and capital operations, with an understanding of capital markets and financial instruments.
- Legal and Compliance:
- Familiar with domestic and international laws and regulations related to shipping, leasing, and financing.
- Ability to handle domestic and international transactions, contract negotiations, and risk control audits to ensure legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Lead efforts to expand the shipping finance and leasing market, establish customer channels, and drive business growth.
- Capital Management: Develop financing plans, optimize capital structure, control financing costs, and enhance capital efficiency.
- Risk Control: Oversee risk management processes for ship leasing projects, ensuring the safety and sustainability of projects.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the General Manager in formulating company strategic plans and promote innovation and diversification in leasing business.
- Team Management: Manage the business division and talent development, optimize team operations, and improve performance evaluation.
