ASSOCIATE, RISK MANAGEMENT

Our company is looking for a risk management associate. To join our growing team, please review the list of job responsibilities and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing routine risk reports, reviews and credit checks
• Trading platform and routing setup, limits administration and application of risk controls
• Be involved in system enhancements and automation processes when required
• Ensure that all company risk policies and framework are pertinently applied
• Coordination with all areas of the company to identify new or evolving risks and to implement risk processes
• Provide support to front office on real time risk monitoring of p&l and risk exposure of the company and customers
• Lead and contribute to adhoc assignments and projects as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder
• Possess the ability to understand, evaluate and manage the various risks inherent in a brokerage firm
• Self-driven and possess a positive attitude
• Analytical and meticulous
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, as well as, part of a team
• Experience in derivatives products, platforms and systems is preferred
• Able to work on public holidays and night shifts
