Job Description
Maintain relations with clients via meetings, over the phone, and email
Work with Business Development Manager on client acquisition & partnerships
Conduct pre and post client work feedback and follow-ups
Understand clients’ needs and develop plans to address them
Resolve customer complaints timely and effectively
Generate sales report for monthly management meetings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior work experience in similar job roles preferred
