- Review and analyse requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases that adhere to industry standards.
- Effectively estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Design, develop, and execute automated testing scripts utilizing reliable automated testing tools.
- Identify, document, and meticulously track defects, ensuring prompt resolution and thorough regression testing.
- Monitor the debugging process and track quality assurance metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts, to maintain high quality standards.
- Stay informed about emerging testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with development and project management teams to facilitate smooth SIT and UAT processes.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in software quality assurance is essential, demonstrating a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- The ability to develop clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases is also critical.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies is highly regarded.
