HR Management
- Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer and management team on all HR-related matters.
- Develop and amend HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with local regulations and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
- Develop, improve, and implement compensation and benefits programs, annual performance reviews, salary reviews, and bonus recommendations.
- Propose and manage the yearly HR budget.
- Work closely with the Hong Kong regional office on HR matters, including expatriate secondment to Singapore.
- Review and approve monthly payroll and tax filings for staff.
- Manage corporate training programs and training budgets.
Administrative Management
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Organize the drafting, review, and management of various administrative rules, regulations, and important official documents.
- Prepare and convene Board of Directors meetings, including document preparation, agenda setting, and drafting resolutions.
- Provide ongoing support and services to the Board of Directors outside of meetings.
- Organize and implement internal information exchange and publicity efforts to enhance the company's comprehensive information platform.
- Manage the budgeting and budget control for the Office Administration Department.
- Liaise with government sectors, associations, and coordinate interdepartmental communication.
- Connect with the China Enterprises Association Singapore and assist the marketing department in organizing activities to strengthen relationships with local Chinese enterprises.
Event and Recreation Management
- Chair the company's employee recreation committee and organize employee events.
Strategic and Brand Management
- Participate in company strategic planning and oversee corporate-level branding and communication.
- Manage the implementation of corporate branding and publicity efforts, including liaising with external media partners.
- Oversee reputation and crisis management.
- Supervise and assist internal departments with marketing planning and execution.
Other Responsibilities
- Assist management with handling foreign affairs reception from the Group, CLIO, and other related entities.
- Decompose departmental goals and ensure their completion while promoting individual development within the Office Administration Department.
- Manage ad hoc tasks assigned by CEO.
