*Working : 5.5 days (8am-5pm) / Saturday (half day)
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to fulfill customer demands
*Monitor and improve production process to enhance efficiency and minimize waste
*Ensure compliance with FSMS, SFA Regulations and environmental standards
*Analyze production data, report on performance metrics and identify improvement areas
*Participate in continuous improvement projects, applying lean manufacturing techniques
*Aid in inventory management to maintain adequate supply levels for uninterrupated
production
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or a related field is required
*Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with at least 1 year in
a supervisory capacity
*Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and quality control standards
*Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage
diverse teams
*Able to work
