Provide day-to-day technical support and trouble-shooting of hardware and software in relation to POS system, Retail Inventory System, IT Security System and Office Automation System
Provide system roll-out support and user training
Set up and maintain servers/PCs and networking equipments
Prepare and monitor IT Budget
Manage hardware and software vendors.
Requirements:
Higher diploma or degree holder in Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 4 years experience in Application Support and User Training
Experience in RDBMS such as Sybase ASA or SQL Server
Knowledge in POS and Retail Inventory System is an advantage
Experience in providing WAN/LAN administration and support
Experience in administering and maintaining the Active Directory (AD) environment, including user accounts, group policies, and domain controllers
Experience in managing and maintaining the VMWare infrastructure, including virtual machine deployment, resources allocation, and performance optimization
Experience in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting UTM firewalls
MCSE holder is preferable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with vendors and users from different levels
