Manage and support IT Infrastructure including Windows Servers, Wireless APs & switches / MFP Printers / Desktops & Laptops
Basic knowledge in configuration and managing Firewall, VPN, Wi-Fi Access Points etc
Create and maintain technical documentation related to Windows Servers / IT appliances
Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, updates to software / hardware
Maintain inventory of IT assets using IT tools
Monitor backup & restoration of databases
Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Office 365, SQL Server, Veeam etc
Provide installation, configuration, maintenance and support to users including branch office users
Working knowledge on virtualisation technologies mainly Hyper V, VMware.
Knowledge in Hyper Converge and Nutanix would be bonus
Provide remote IT support during major campaigns / peak periods
Any other duties as assigned
Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering or a related field required
Experience working with VoIP systems preferred
2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Knowledge in Dell SAN Storage is desirable
Ability to work as part of a team and establish working relationships with co-workers, staff and external contacts, and work effectively and professionally in a team environment
Available to work period weekends and off-hours for on-site support requirements
