What you will be doing :
To support the APAC portfolio for leases and licenses: acquisitions, renewals, rent reviews, subleases, early terminations..
What you will be doing :
- To support the APAC portfolio for leases and licenses: acquisitions, renewals, rent reviews, subleases, early terminations, freehold acquisitions and disposals
- Work closely with the Client’s Real Estate to understand the business requirements for the transactions
- Work with C&W global broker network, to provide detailed market evaluation and site selection
- Ensure the prompt update of all the templates used to track the transaction status
- Negotiate brokers fees as per the MSA, draft Notice to Proceed (NTPs) documents to engage brokers, follow up invoicing
- Track projects in the Client’s Systems and C&W Systems per Client’s standard process
- Work closely with the team to ensure data accuracy, internal compliance, monitoring critical dates
- Undertake and record the requisite amount of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to uphold the knowledge and standards befitting this role and that which is expected of a professional real estate advisor
- Participate in non-fee generating activities such as L&D, resourcing and support local office social activities
- Bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team to enable a level of self-improvement
Requirements :
- Real estate background with minimum of 2 years’ experience in office and industrial property
- Previous experience in a transaction management role across APAC desirable
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
- Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to the role
- Good commercial acumen, negotiation skills and understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to network and build relationships internally and externally
