Purpose of Job
Responsible for ensuring on-time delivery to customers and effective inventory management across WEO Corporation. Collaborates with production sites to align planning & purchasing functions through automation and interfaces, supporting the Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
Job Duties
· Collaborate with Purchasing and Planning teams to automate processes and eliminate non-value-added activities.
· Manage Master Production Planning (MPS) and production/capacity/material planning to achieve key performance indices.
· Oversee customer request dates and past due orders to ensure on-time delivery and inventory turn targets are met.
· Implement monthly PSI projections and conduct risk assessments.
· Lead Phase-in/Phase-out projects and E&O activities.
· Maintain weekly and monthly reports on delivery and inventory performance.
· Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Experience:
· 3-5 years in manufacturing environment.
· Experience in production planning & control, inventory management, and forecasting.
· Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central or similar).
Qualifications
· Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
• Strong execution skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Power BI.
• Versatileand open to taking on other supply chain-related roles as needed.
• Good communication skills in both English & Mandarin to facilitate cross-collaboration with overseas teams or stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and highly meticulous in work.
