Job Description:

• Managing multiple commercial development, installation, and asset enhancement projects.
• Planning project timelines and budgets.
• Procure and oversee a team of consultants for design and approval processes.
• Handling submissions to authorities and ensuring they are approved.
• Supervising contractors to ensure work meets design specifications and timelines.
• Preparing specifications and tender documents.
• Assisting the Manager with regular reports and presentations.
• Experience with digital/data communication setup and audio-visual equipment installation is a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for degree holders in commercial development or asset enhancement.
• Understanding of Singapore’s submission process, codes of practice, regulations, and public sector procurement.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing presentation slides.
• Ability to coordinate technically with consultants and authorities.
