• Develop design concept, prepare design report, design and prepare shop drawings
• Conduct structure analysis
• Review completed structural drawings, designs and specifications
• Ensure the drawings comply with the specifications/requirements of the authorities
• Check and highlight all the discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings
• Prepare technical submissions for approval
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

[Must]

• 10 years of relevant design exp as an architect, civil engineer, structural engineer, preferably for MRT or LTA projects
• PE certified
• Proficiency in both MIDAS & Autocad
• Experience in LTA related construction or other gov't related projects (Airport, MRT, Coastal, etc.)
• Project management
