The mission of the Youth Preventive Service (YPS) Group of the Health Promotion Board (HPB) is to promote good health through early detection and intervention to reduce ill health among school-going children. The services provided by the Group include health and dental screening, immunisation, and healthy lifestyle programmes.
You will be a part of the YPS Strategic Operations department, which spearheads process transformation aimed at achieving operational efficiency, quality services and excellence in customer experience.
What You Can expect
As a member of the Strategic Operations Department, you will play a pivotal role in designing tailored communication and engagement strategies, as well as enhancing our user experience to better connect with and address our customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement engagement strategies and action plans to effectively inspire our children, youths, and families to make healthier choices.
Manage the creation of marketing materials and content for both Above-the-Line and Below-the-Line communication channels, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement and conversion across both analogue and digital channels.
Monitor and analyze user feedback and behavior to continually improve customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in digital marketing and user experience design.
What an ideal candidate looks like
An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. The candidate should possess:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on tailored communication, user engagement, and user experience enhancement.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, performance metrics and analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Have experience in managing marketing communications and campaigns. Strong ability to work independently to craft content and resources for the target audience.
Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized communication content.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience in user experience (UX) design and optimization.
Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.
Certification in digital marketing or related fields.
