Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance and Advisory:

• Provide comprehensive tax compliance services, ensuring all client activities adhere to Singapore's tax regulations.
• Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies for clients, optimizing their tax positions.

Transfer Pricing:

• Advise on transfer pricing policies and documentation requirements.
• Conduct transfer pricing studies and ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

• Offer tax due diligence and structuring advice for domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
• Analyze and interpret tax implications of M&A deals to mitigate risks and identify opportunities.

Wealth and Asset Management:

• Provide tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Advise on the tax implications of various investment strategies and asset management practices.

Family Office Structuring:

• Assist in the establishment and structuring of family offices.
• Develop tax-efficient structures and strategies tailored to the unique needs of family office clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in providing professional tax advice on tax compliance matters.
• Proven expertise in tax advisory services, specifically in areas of transfer pricing, M&A, and wealth and asset management.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's tax laws and regulations.
• Experience in structuring family offices is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent are preferred.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Professional Engineer to lead the planning and design of mechanical engineering works for building services.

What Will You Do

• Lead a team of Mechanical Engineers.
• Responsible for leading the planning and design of mechanical engineering works for building services.
• Review reports, specifications, calculations, drawings, and other documents prepared at the different stages of a project.
• Oversee project execution, quality, and contract administration of Mechanical engineering works.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

What Do We Want

• At least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a University recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board.
• At least 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering design for building services.
• Registered with the Professional Engineers Board.
• Proven experience in a consulting firm with proven track records in major development projects.
• Have knowledge in AutoCAD or Autodesk Revit will be added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

What Will You Do:

• To assist with administrative and daily operational duties.
• To do proper filing and documentations.
• To perform ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the superior.

What Do We Want:

• At least an O Level or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Work and Excel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
