Your Role and Responsibilities :

As ASEAN Trust & Compliance Officer (ASEAN TCO) you will be part of the Asia Pacific (APAC) & Japan Trust and Compliance Team which consists of trust and compliance team who provide centralized and independent oversight of IBM's ethics and compliance program in ASEAN. You will ensure IBMers understand and comply with internal policies and external regulatory and legal requirements through education and awareness programs, tools and processes and trusted guidance.

Responsibilities include:

• developing & managing integrity plans with different business units.
• developing integrity and other relevant training for employees and third parties.
• identifying & remediating transactions with governments, clients & third parties with a particular focus on anti-corruption due diligence.
• Involvement or knowledge of internal audit and investigation.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully build relationships with senior business leadership to further a culture of integrity and ethics.
• assessing and improving controls, processes, and policies integral to IBM’s compliance posture for example: gifts & amenities, hiring & on-boarding, charitable contributions.

The successful candidate will be expected to

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.
• Work collaboratively across various functional areas and cultures.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

• Ability to drive complex matters within a multifaceted organisation with direct and indirect sales routes to markets.
• The ability to work autonomously on matters with the requirement for supervision diminishing as the candidate becomes more familiar with IBM’s business.
• Interest in improving processes and procedures to drive improved performance not only for the business by also for the trust & compliance function.
• Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Evidence of a commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

• A qualified lawyer or other relevant professional background.

Your Role and Responsibilities :

- Responsible to support the overall Global Integrity program, establishes controls, monitors progress, coordinates program key tasks, owns key stakeholder communication, and business deliverables attainment. Drive integrity goals globally
- Participate and contribute to key discussions along with Global Trust & Compliance, senior leadership to achieve business objectives
- Responsible to collaborate with GEO team to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. Use in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge to achieve program objectives
- Ability to collaborate, influence and advise peers, Managers on integrity related activities
- Strong interpersonal relationship building and executive communication skills
- Excellent Analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to create comprehensive datasets for analysis
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using various tools and technologies.
• Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

- Graduate with 7/8 years of experience and preferred 4 to 5 years of controls, compliance and operations experience
- Indepth understanding of business controls, process and compliance, work with integrity
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the global audience
- Understands Quality assurance and IBM tools and methodologies
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in complex situations
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively assess issues and find solutions
- Excellent Analytical skills to perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
