Your Role and Responsibilities :
- Responsible to support the overall Global Integrity program, establishes controls, monitors progress, coordinates program key tasks, owns key stakeholder communication, and business deliverables attainment. Drive integrity goals globally
- Participate and contribute to key discussions along with Global Trust & Compliance, senior leadership to achieve business objectives
- Responsible to collaborate with GEO team to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. Use in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge to achieve program objectives
- Ability to collaborate, influence and advise peers, Managers on integrity related activities
- Strong interpersonal relationship building and executive communication skills
- Excellent Analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to create comprehensive datasets for analysis
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using various tools and technologies.
• Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Graduate with 7/8 years of experience and preferred 4 to 5 years of controls, compliance and operations experience
- Indepth understanding of business controls, process and compliance, work with integrity
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the global audience
- Understands Quality assurance and IBM tools and methodologies
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in complex situations
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively assess issues and find solutions
- Excellent Analytical skills to perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
