Job Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on-site, provide turnover training, system updates, and pre-sales demos.
• Improve customer workflows, adjust system parameters, and implement new methods.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent support and care.
• Develop and deliver application training courses, and support pre-sales activities.
• Participate in trade fairs, gather competitor information, study new products, and travel within the SEA region.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Diagnostic Radiography
• Minimum 1-3 years of exp in diagnostic imaging and intervention market.
• Cardio Vascular exp would be highly advantageous.
