Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical angiography systems equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine inspections and CM/PM maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.
• Deliver technical training to clients and internal staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation for FSN/FMI/FSCA reporting on assigned products.
• Develop a higher level of troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Job Requirement:

• Higher NITEC Diploma / Degree in Biomedical, EEE or Mechatronic Engineering.
• OR 1 - 3 years of strong hands-on field servicing skills in medical device are highly advantageous

Job Description

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with method statements and BCA guidelines.
• Create and implement effective QA/QC plans to maintain consistent project quality.
• Prepare accurate QA/QC reports and assist in QM submissions.
• Manage site memos, communicate non-conformances, and oversee corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external bodies like BCA for assessments and manage testing requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Min 3 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, preferably in semiconductor projects.
• Strong understanding of BCA's Good Industry Practice (GIP) guidelines.
• Experience with CONQUAS assessments and quality control documentation.

• Continuing to improve all installation works schedule and quality of work through proper planning of work method, materials procurement and selection, and efficient site management
• Monitor and control project schedule, materials delivery and budget etc
• Liaise coordinate with clients, consultant, project supervisors and sub-contractors on project related issues and to ensure project objectives are met
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
• Establish and maintain a detailed tracking and filing system of all documents
• To prepare, submit Variation Claims with instruction documents & part-plan from client
• Maintain all filing systematically & uploading of softcopies in the system
• To place materials order to Purchaser in advance as per Order list as per site requirement
• Responsible for ensuring implementing safety measures
