Responsibilities:

• Assist pricing team in product pricing project, including performing Regression Testing & User Acceptance Testing for new product implementation
• Provide ad hoc support to Product Development, Distribution, and Policy Servicing teams on client requests, including post-sales illustrations and customer queries
• To support updates and enhancement for Policy Illustration and Post Sales illustration templates
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting filings for new product

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of experience working in a life insurance function within an actuarial capacity preferred, fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field with good progress in actuarial credentials (e.g. ASA, AIA, AFA) from a recognized international actuarial body

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute towards achieving the targeted Gross Written Premium, Underwriting Results and Business Targets.
• Responsible for underwriting new business and review of renewal business of Marine portfolio (including cargo and hull).
• Underwrite and accept risks within delegated authority as specified in Underwriting Guidelines, Treaty and Acceptance Limits, and to obtain approval from HOS and/or HOD if authority exceeded.
• To place facultative reinsurance for risks exceeding Treaty capacity, and/or for the purpose of minimizing and spreading risk exposure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, and to enhance business retention and new business development.
• Assist team to prepare monthly reports, and follow up on cargo declarations.
• Undertake projects or other duties which may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marine insurance underwriting/ broking preferred.
• Knowledge of marine insurance, particularly in cargo and/or hull preferred.
• Good team player with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

The AI/Chatbot Executive will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and chatbot solutions within Contact Centre.

The incumbent will be required to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functions to leverage AI/Chatbot capabilities to enhance customer experiences, streamline operations and uplift productivity.

The role requires understanding of AI/Chatbot technologies and development, to exercise initiative and be able to handle projects and challenging situations.
