Job Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping using SAP B1
- AP and AR management
- Collaboration with accounting firms at the time of settlement
- Preparation of materials leading to consolidated financial statements for the Japanese headquarters
- Preparation of board resolutions/report materials (once a quarter)
- Payment procedures (applications via online banking)
- HR/general affairs-related clerical work
- Other ad-hoc work
Job Requirements
- 3 years or more of related work experience
- English proficiency at or above daily conversation level (required for external communication, especially with accounting firms)
- Japanese proficiency at or above business level (required for internal and external communication)
- Communication skills and ability to work in cooperation with others
Other Information
Salary: Monthly S$3,500-$4.200/month
Work Hours: 9：00am ～6：00pm
