LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a Senior / Human Resources Executive (Recruitment) to join our dynamic team in the retail industry. LOTTE Duty Free operate 19 stores across 4 terminals in Singapore Changi Airport. We are looking for a talented individual to support our human resources function and contribute to our continued growth.
As a Senior / Human Resources Executive (Recruitment), you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for the operations level. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders across different departments. This role offers exposure to the retail industry and the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our business.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, offer and pre on-boarding processes
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Liaise with assigned hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders and management
- Oversee the operational level employees' life cycle.
- Compilation of periodic recrutiment and headcounts related reports.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head Of HR / GA
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Able to start work before end June 2024 prefered
