[What the role is]
PolicyFutures@OMS (PFM) aims to provide leadership and support for the mosque sector via
(i) establishment of a good governance, risk and compliance management framework to protect and preserve the integrity and accountability of the mosque sector; and
(ii) development of systems and processes that will transform the mosque sector to better serve the community effectively, efficiently & sustainably.
[What you will be working on]
- You will be responsible to develop and implement Ecosystem Integration for the mosque sector:
- Integrate processes between mosques, program centres and other entities serving the mosques from Muis HQ, other Muis units, Muis group entities and other agencies.
- Establish effective communication system framework covering crisis management, board communication and reporting.
- Oversee the development of the services integration plan for the mosque sector and establish an effective monitoring system.
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Economics, Project Management, Engineering, Systems Development or related field
- Good understanding resource management & enterprise resource planning
- Good analytical ability and possess strong problem-solving skills to identify solutions and best practices for stakeholders and make sound recommendations
- Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
Successful candidate will be appointed on contract basis.
