Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Beautician Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments and services to clients, ensuring they receive a high level of care and satisfaction. You will help clients look and feel their best, providing personalized services that enhance their beauty and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Beauty Treatments: Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, body treatments, and other therapeutic services as requested.
- Consultation & Personalization: Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs, discuss treatment options, and recommend appropriate services and products for their skin and body types.
- Skin & Hair Care: Provide expert advice on skincare and hair care routines, ensuring clients maintain their beauty regimen outside of the salon.
- Client Experience: Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment for clients. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product offerings. Recommend and sell beauty products that complement treatments.
- Health & Safety: Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety regulations to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for both clients and colleagues.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage client appointments, ensure timely service delivery, and minimize wait times.
- Maintain Equipment & Tools: Ensure all beauty tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained for quality service.
- Upselling Services & Products: Encourage clients to book repeat services and promote related products to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
Qualifications:
- Education & Certification: Relevant certifications in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or esthetics.
- Experience: Previous experience working as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or Therapist is highly preferred, though training may be provided for entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess and understand individual client needs. Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service. Time management and organizational skills.
