Job Responsibilities:
To understand each department’s daily processes e.g., marketing, sales, human resource, operations etc.
Be open to learn new things and enjoy the learning journey
Job rotation between various departments
Participating in meetings, workshops, and events
Compiling analysis and making presentations to other team members
Completing fieldwork and providing evaluation analysis of the company’s services
Learn various staff functions, including management viewpoints, company policies and practices affecting each phase of business
Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out by the Department Head.
Observe experienced staffs to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
Provide support as needed in the various departments, including data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, client service matters as needed
Report on company progress
Compile and evaluate performance reports
Other Ad-hoc Duties as assigned by superior
Job specification:
Minimum Diploma (General)
Candidate with Singapore experience will be an advantage
Positive attitude and customer-oriented
Team player with good communication and strong initiative
