Job Responsibilities

• To assist Supervisor in overseeing the ground operation at respective site with respect to overall staffs deployment, running of manpower operations and handling of enquiries
• Attending to all operational matters and make situation decisions to minimize disruption to the operation
• Ensure that all staff deployed on site adheres to the general rules relating to personal safety, security & guidelines
• Ensuring proper distribution of workload among the team
• Providing training and guidance to CSO to ensure that they are able to perform their daily tasks
• Attending to emergencies, urgent calls and implementing contingency plans procedures in accordance to SOPs
• Ensure that all office equipment, computer peripherals and communication equipment are handled and maintained in good working condition
• Reconcile and take custody of all payment collections at the end of shift with the report generated by POS machines to ensure they are properly accounted
• Submitting daily statement of accounts together with the relevant reports and cash bank-in slips using the format approved
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Have prior relevant experience in the scope that has been assigned
• A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work

Working Hours / Location

• Tuas
• 4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis)
• 10am to 10pm / 10pm to 10am (2hrs break)
